The Energy Saving Trust has recently announced that a typical, uninsulated, 3-bedroomed, gas-heated, semi-detached house, in Britain could save up to £310 per year by having the correct cavity wall insulation and loft insulation measures installed. If you own your own home, or rent it from a private landlord, we can arrange a 100% grant to provide free insulation of your home up to the very latest standards if you, or any member of your household, are aged 70 or over, or are in receipt of a qualifying benefit.
Even if you work full-time, and receive no benefits, there is still time arrange an insulation grant to cover 70%, or more, of the cost of cavity wall insulation and loft insulation, potentially saving you ££££s off your heating bills this year and every year. If any member of your household is either aged 70+ or is in receipt of a qualifying benefit the grant will usually pay the full cost of the work, providing, subject to survey, free insulation for your home. For all other households the grant can cover up to 70% of the cost of the work.
